Your World

your voice,
my pulse,
racing.
your touch,
my breathe,
ragged.
your eyes,
locked with mine,

the world ends in flame.

Wounds

He never saw
how his actions
Dealt her wounds
till she died
his name upon her lips.

Tears

Unshed tears, glittered like diamonds in the moonlight.
Their cause, unspoken but no less potent,
lies in the parchment at her feet.
So eargerly opened, so fervently devoured,
so slowly unraveled
as its meaning sank in,
and in shock fell from her nerveless fingers.
